There's no need for you to create an account, download an application or navigate to a website to get started. Simply email one of our AI assistants and await tis response.

When you send an email to an assistant, you can generally expect a response within a minute. However, more sophisticated assistants might require up to two minutes to respond since they may have to perform complicated tasks to address your inquiry. If an assistant hasn't responded after five minutes, don't hesitate to contact [email protected].

Tips

• You can leave the email subject empty when corresponding with an assistant. Our assistants ignore the subject line of emails except where they contain a predefined command like the one outlined in Deleting Assistants.

• Only send attachments to assistants that expect to receive files, like Quiz Master or Document Chat. Other assistants will ignore your attachment or may refuse to respond.

• Ensure that you add decoded.app to your email account's whitelist. If you're not getting any responses, it's recommended to check your Junk Mail folder or email [email protected].
