Voice Generation
Text-to-speech converts written text into spoken audio. To use this feature, email your text to [email protected], specifying that you want it converted to speech and noting your preferred voice (e.g., female, American accent). The assistant will create an MP3 file and send it back to you. This is perfect for creating audio content for social media, business phone systems, or any task that needs a clear, consistent voice.
Example email: ‘Convert the following text to speech with a female American accent…’
Available voices:
Marcus: middle-aged, male, American, confident, narrative & story.
Natasha: young, female, American, sassy, social media.
Brian: middle-aged, male, British, informative & educational.
Alice: middle-aged, female, British, confident, news.
Charlie: middle-aged, male, Australian, natural, conversational.
Matilda: middle-aged, female, American, friendly, narration.
Liam: young, male, American, articulate, narration.
Jessica: young, female, American, conversational, expressive.
When emailing [email protected], mention the specific voice by name to ensure the speech is generated as desired. You can also ask the assistant to provide a list of the available voices.
